Oh last night was completely horrible. Its been extremely cold so we brought our family dog inside. We got him for christmas last year for austin. His name is little bear and has always been so good w/ the kids. Very protective of them. So the dog was laying in the kitchen last night and Carter (the youngest of my 3) walked by and accidently stepped on his tail or something and Little Bear attacked Carter. He didnt just bite him. He bit him on the face right above the eye there were scratch marks on his chest and leg where little bear held him down and bite mark on his neck where the dog went for my babies neck. If this would happened outside I have no double little bear would have killed my baby boy. I scoop up Carter and me and Reg rush him to the ER. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours we finally get to the back. We were about to leave, we felt like it wasnt that big of an emergency if the doctor wouldnt see us. I am so glad we waited. The er doctor (Dr. Barton) was the best doctor I had ever met. (well the doctor who delivered cater was the 1st best) He was able to answer all of my questions he was caring and he was paitent of my little baby who was so very scared and tired. Me and Reg fail for this doctor we are acctually switching are family doctor to him b/c he is the best doctor I've met. I had no confidence in ER doctors untill I met this man. Well while we were sitting in our room we could hear everything that was going on at the Nurses Station, and suddenly there was a buzz about 3 kids being abandoned in a white van. A nurse was going room to room asking if anyone owned this white van. Well they finally found the parents they were in the emergency room. Well I was going out to smoke (carter was having an awful fit and I was extremely tired so Momma/reg said for me to go have a smoke) and we happen to know the people who had owned the van. In fact all summer i had seen her at a friends house and all summer her kids were left in her car. I felt bad for not saying anything but I felt like the cops had already been called and they would look into it I'm sure. They didnt tell me what had happened and I didnt tell them I knew anything. (I felt it would be impolite) But they said they had been there sense midnight. At the time the cops got there and got the kids out of the car it was about 2:30/ 3 o'clock AM. Those babies were alone in a cold van for nearly 3 hours. How horrible. Please pray for these kids and this family. Pray that the mother can get her head out of her husbands ass get over her own jealousy and be a mother. Everyone has left a child in a car to pay for gas or while the child is napping and you rolled the windows down and parked in the shade. But not in the middle of the night for more then 20 minutes. Maybe at one point in time this was ok. It is not ok at this day and age. You as a mother should have more common sense. If you dont want to sit in the car with them dont bring them w/ you. Or dont leave the house.

This upsets me very much. I love kids and I am very passionate about being a good mother. Anyhow nothing happen to the women or the kids. The police gave them a stern warning. But the doctor who was seeing carter went out there and told them what he thought of them. Told her it wasnt good what she did. And he also rushed to get them in and out so the babies could go home and go to bed.
